Terms of use.

Short, plain, and binding. The programs are permissionless; this interface is ours. Here is what using it means.

01

Who we are

Chained forges links onto one chain, rooted in $CHAINED, using Meteora's bonding-curve pools on Solana, and burns each link's fees into the coin it is paired with. The interface is operated by Chained Labs. The pools are on-chain: anyone can trade them without this site.

02

What the interface does

The site reads public on-chain state and lets you forge a link with a transaction you sign in your own wallet. We never hold your keys, your SOL or your links, and we cannot reverse a transaction once it lands.

There is no trading on this site. Links are bought and sold on Jupiter; the only buy built here is a creator's optional first buy when forging a link.

Amounts, fees and burns shown before you sign are estimates built from the current pool state. The transaction you sign is the source of truth.

03

Eligibility

You must be legally able to use digital assets where you live, and you must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where this interface is restricted. By connecting a wallet you confirm both.

  • You are responsible for your own tax reporting.
  • You are responsible for keeping your keys safe.
  • Automated use is allowed; abusive use is not.
04

Fees

Every link carries a fixed trading fee: 0.25% on the curve, 0.1% once graduated. Links forged before October 3, 2026 carry 2% on both. The fee is paid in the coin the link is paired with. A SOL buy of a deeper link swaps through every pool behind it and pays each pool's fee. Meteora, which runs the pools, keeps its protocol share (20% of the fee); the platform wallet claims the rest and burns it. Link 1 burns $CHAINED; every later link burns the link before it. Creators earn no fee share.

05

Forging a link

When you forge a link you pay for and sign the launch of a new token. Chained's platform wallet creates its pool; you are shown as the link's creator in the interface. Every link starts at a 30 SOL market cap and graduates at 85 SOL, both converted into the paired coin at launch. Creators earn no fee share.

An optional first buy is paid in SOL, converted into the paired coin through Jupiter, and lands in the same transaction as the launch, so no one can buy before you. You are responsible for the content you attach — name, ticker, image and links — and we may hide content that is unlawful or impersonating.

A forge is final. The slot is assigned when your transaction lands; if someone lands first you are offered the next one before signing again.

06

No advice, no promises

Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. Prices shown are derived from pools with thin liquidity and can move while you read them. We make no promise about availability, uptime, or the future value of any link.

07

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chained Labs is not liable for losses from using the interface or the programs, including losses from bugs, failed transactions, slippage, front-running, or a link losing value because a link behind it did.

08

Changes and contact

We can change these terms; the version and date are at the top. Material changes are announced on X and Telegram. Questions: legal@chained.xyz.
